Data deletion requests

Vantap lets businesses send WhatsApp messages to customers who have opted in. The business that messaged you decides what is sent and to whom, and is responsible for your consent.

To have your data deleted

• Contact the business that messaged you and ask it to delete your data; it can instruct Vantap to erase it.
• Or email contact@axisopticsllp.com with the phone number concerned and we will pass the request to the business and confirm.
• To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message.

If you removed our app from your Facebook/Meta account, Meta sends us an automatic deletion request, which is recorded and can be checked by its confirmation code.
